It worked fine. After 41 days it quit working. I contacted Amazon and they just said to contact Seiko. They would not exchange the watch for a working model. If I returned the watch, they'd only give me 80% of what I paid.What a stupid way to do business. If I'd have purchased this from a local shop, they'd immediately give me a replacement. Amazon just wanted to pass the buck, forcing me to deal with someone else. Update: Called the corporate offices in Seattle. Got ahold of Customer Service Team that has the authority to make exceptions. Within a few minutes they'd taken care of the problem and ordered a replacement watch sent out along with a return label for the defective watch. |
