Apart from functionality, my primary concern when I got it was size. I have a tiny wrist and all other brands that I tried were too big for me. The M5 fits well and although it still looks somewhat big on my wrist, it works for me.I'm a runner so I bought the Foot Pod too and I am very happy with the purchase. The synchronization with the Pod and the chest piece is quick and doesn't drop. The chest piece is light and I don't even feel it. I also got the movestick, the device to upload the workouts to movescount.com. Once you setup the program for the first time it works flawlessly. You can upload your workouts and also create exercise programs and download them to your M5. The only negative thing I can say about this is that the reporting options for your data once it is uploaded is very limited. Then the connectivity, a cable, not easy...So I looked for a Suunto again, I got the M5, and it does look way better than the picture, it is easy to use and program, it keeps you motivated.Then later I bought the mini movestick to connect to my computer without any cables, the M5 and the mini movestick just connected (after downloading the software) No cables, jus easy, no problems, works perfect, I can track my progress, the calories burned, the days I missed workouts...I Love Suunto! |
