I did a lot of research before purchasing this watch, I already own a SUUNTO, so I needed a rugged watch to get me through my deployment in Afghanistan. There is not a lot of reviews on this watch so I will fill you in. I honestly expected the watch to be/feel a lot cheaper than it was. I received it and WOW this thing is heavy and a little on the large side, but, still a good purchase, it has many useful features for a Soldier and outdoors man alike, compass is accurate, and once I set the Altimeter is never off by a few feet. It has a SOLID Metal casing (NOT PLASTIC) and i really like that the watchband has so many holes to allows you "Fine Tune" the tightness (My last watch had fewer holes so it was either too tight, or too loose". WRAP UP. Solid watch, great features, very little plastic, great all around everyday bang around watch. CONS. Not a big fan of the huge buttons on the side, Have not tested the scratch resistance yet, Heavy "MANS WATCH" would probably be too much...
