The design and construction of the watch is very unique. The watch itself is clamped in a cradle. The leather band is very nice. The watch has to be worn for awhile to get the leather to break in. It's rather stiff when new. It's a bit heavy. Near a quarter pound, but after wearing it for a few days I have gotten use to it. It's easy to read and I like the 24 hour dial. The luminous material on the hands isn't very bright and doesn't last long.I find it a bit odd that a watch with Swiss parts is assembled in Asia yet, it's in the Reserve Collection which is Invicta's top shelf product. Because of that I think it's a bit outrageous to ask $440 for this watch. My opinion is to shop around and you can find it for well under $300. Keep in mind that it is a quartz watch and quartz movements aren't that expensive to make. The Japanese have been stamping them out for years. And, well, it was put together in cheap labor China.
