I purchased this timepiece for everyday use and versatility in occasion. That said, I tend more towards a simple, classy watch rather than the (supposedly) more masculine monstrosities with all manner of dials, buttons, and attendant bulk. To me, this is unnecessary and destroys the timeless elegance of the simple wristwatch. So, the following review is written from that perspective.Initially, and most importantly, the Japanese movement is very accurate, and I have never have to adjust the time. When the battery was nearly dead (lasted about 3.5 years) the watch quickly stopped, and did not have a prolonged death which I have experienced with other watches where the movement slows gradually and renders the time frustratingly inaccurate. The replacement battery was cheap: $7 at my local watch repair place. I have medium length arm hair and was concerned about wearing a watch with a metal band, but the construction of the band...
