It arrived in a timely manner, worked well for about 2 weeks then one day is started to lose time. When I tried to adjust the time, the hands fell off the center piece! I couldn't believe what I saw. Upon further inspection, I noticed on the back of the watch the insignia was crooked also. I called Amazon customer service and they sent another watch out immediately, also sent me the shipping label to return the old one. Great resolution to the problem. Upon receiving the new watch, I see the Invicta insignia is horizontal on the back of the watch and not askew like the first one.
