Large case, but not so big it looks like you are wearing an "arm clock" a la Flavor Flav. I was looking for a classic design divers watch, but did not feel it necessary to spend $1k or more on an Tag Aquaracer, Rolex GMT, or Omega Seamaster. Nor did I want a "cheap" copy. I have owned several Bulova watches. I like the name. I like the look. I like the price. Doesn't seem overly massive like some diver watches. - Just looks and feels more expensive then it really is. Cons: - The picture on Amazon is deceiving. The color blue is much darker and masculine in real life. Overall: I'm really satisfied with my purchase. It's a solid watch with good accuracy. If you want a quality constructed divers watch that looks good in either formal or casual occasions, this is for you. I started looking for something more affordable and the Bulova Marine Star line caught my eye. I was torn between this model and the 98C62. Both seem to be a cross between the Submariner and Seamaster, with this one a bit more like the Rolex and the 98C62 a bit more like the Omega.The watch is beautiful in person and the pics here on Amazon don't do it justice. The blue is much deeper than in the pics, though not quite a navy blue. The middle of the band along with some accents on the face are shiny, contrasting nicely with the brushed case and outer parts of the band. The only thing I'd change about the look would be to put the date window in the 3 o'clock position but that's really no big deal.
